JOY Community Development mission is to enable men, women, boys and girls to succeed in their many roles in society as they deal with the daily hardships that life brings.


JOY offers  opportunities to build character, set goals, develop healthy self esteem, begin to set   boundaries and gain management techniques to help  stay in control. 

JOY Reaches out to all regardless of background or income status.  


JOY  is suited to undertaking this community initiative based on years of training and experience.  This project culminates a continuing network with churches, communities, civic groups, and many other  organizations.
